MINIMUM NUMBERS
- For catering and staffing purposes, the minimum number of full paying people is 30.
- Adare House minimum group numbers of 50 people
- Bethany Complex minimum group numbers of 30 people
- Minimum numbers for both facilities is 70 people
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- A deposit of $450 is required to confirm your booking with the balance payable within 7 days of the completion of your camp. Bookings are considered tentative until a deposit has been paid. Tentative bookings expire after 30 days, so please ensure you confirm your booking as soon as possible.
- Any alterations to your booking must be made either by phoning or emailing our office.
- Up to 4 months before your booking, deposits are refundable or transferable to a mutually agreed alternative date, at no charge to you. After this date, your deposit becomes non-refundable or transferable.
- Cancellations between 2 to 4 months prior to your booking incur a 10% penalty charge of total booking.
- Cancellations between 1 to 2 months prior to your booking incur a 20% penalty charge of total booking.
- Cancellations between 7 days & 1 month prior to your booking incur a 30% penalty charge of total booking.
- Cancellations under 7 days prior to your booking incur a 100% penalty charge of total booking. (by this date, catering and staffing rosters have been finalised)
- So we can adequately cater for your camp - final numbers, room allocations, dietary requirements & special considerations must be received by Adare at least 7 days prior. Failure to do so cannot ensure all needs are met or catered for. Our invoice on completion of your camp will be based on these numbers as a minimum to be charged and any additional arrivals will be charged accordingly.
