Catering
Catered or self-catered* options are available in both Adare House and Bethany Centre. The Adare kitchen is a fully modern facility with plenty of preparation space, huge cooking range, cold room, and is ideal for large group cooking, with a commercial dishwasher to ensure safe and quick clean up. Adare's experienced and qualified caterers can provide meals for all types of groups and all dietary considerations.
Seasonal variations include soup in winter, and salads in summer. Special menus are available for children, schools and adults, and can be adapted to suit special diets.

- Selection of toasts, jams and spreads

- Grilled pure beef burgers with cheese and salad, or
